The No. 21 Mississippi State Bulldogs fell to the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets 67-59 on Tuesday night. The Bulldogs were outscored by 13 points over the final 11 minutes of the first half and never led in the game.
Miles Kelly led Georgia Tech with 22 points and 12 rebounds, knocking down four 3-pointers and going 8-for-10 from the free throw line.
Josh Hubbard led MSU with 17 points, but he did so on 6-for-18 shooting, including 3-of-10 from deep. Dashawn Davis added 12 points and D.J. Jeffries chipped in with 10.
The Bulldogs return to Humphrey Coliseum on Sunday at 3 p.m. for a game against Southern.
